"Learn how using consistent data collection allows teachers, service providers, and administrators to track a student’s progress towards his/her IEP goals. Teachers can begin collecting IEP goal data immediately after finalizing the IEP. Data can be used to assist educators with trend analysis, identifying students who are meeting (or not meeting) their goals are objectives before the end date of the IEP. By quantitatively assessing and monitoring progress, parents, teachers, and educators can target instruction and proactively impact student achievement."

Effective 2024-2025, school districts must offer computer science curriculum to students (K-12). One of the options to fulfill this expectation is to integrate Bootstrap into designated mathematics curriculum. Principals, Middle school math teachers and algebra 1 teachers are highly encouraged to attend this presentation. Even if Bootstrap is not used as your curriculum, it can be used to model and apply math concepts in a challenging and fun way. In additon to introducing attendees to Bootstrap, Ms. Leonard will provide information for future professional development that offers stipends throughout the 2024-25 school year. (Bring your Laptop)
