It can be - dependent it needs another clause to make sense. - independent it makes sense by itself.
I am going to a concert this weekend, we are hoping to have the best time.

- It can have
-multiple subjects -multiple predicates -multiple adjectives -multiple phrases
- the clauses, or the multiple elements above, and joined by coordinating conjunctions or conjuctive adverbes.
