La liberté consiste a pouvoir faire tout ce qui ne nuit pas a autrui. C’est une valeur très importante en France. Lib. expression = une des libertés fondamentales ( = les + importants ; les lois se basent sur ces libertés ( celles qui ont été déclarés dans la DDHC)
