What is UDL?

UDL stands for Universal Design for Learning . It is a set of educational principles that provides each student with different opprotunities to learn.

UDL privides a blueprint for designing goals, methods, materials, and assessments to reach all students. It is used to serve students regardless of their age, ability, disability, or cutural and linguistic background.

Why use UDL in the Classroom?

Your students will be able to learn in a way that is most comfortable to them. It also provides more flexibility and fewer barriers to learnng.

Allows students to use their strengths while also working on deficiences.

Helps you recognize the variability and diversity of individual brains.

Provides multiple means of accessing each part of learning.
