Stand facing a wall. Slowly walk your fingers up the wall until you feel a stretch. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.

Stand with your back against the wall and your arms straight to your sides. Keeping your elbows straight, push your arms against the wall for 5 seconds and then relax. Repeat it 10 times.

Simple adduction consists of raising the arms forward, forming a 90º angle with the trunk.

Inhale, broaden your chest, bringing your shoulders back a little

6. external rotation

5.Internal rotation

Standing or sitting, we flex or bend our elbows and keep them close to the body. From that position we will take the forearm outward without removing the elbows from the sides.

Sit in a chair. Place a rolled towel between your elbow and your side. Bend your elbow to 90°. Gently squeeze the towel with your elbow to prevent it from falling.
