His enviroment was very hostile, at least I felt it was. He was always in some kind of argument or trouble.

Because he thinks as a future consumer, not like one of his present those days. That made his company suceed when everybody discovered the ersonal computers.
7. Does he know what his customers want and need?
He does, that is the reason why he suceeded that much. Everybody was using old computer models at that time, and Jobs came to revolutionise the market with the personal computer.
8. What innovations did Steve Jobs introduce? Did he ever stop improving his product?
Steve Jobs introduced several innovations to the realm of computers during his tenure at Apple.
