Averil Hart was a 19-year-old girl who was starting her first year at university in Norwich, Sep 2012. She had had a three year history of anorexia when she started to relapse during her fisrt term at university. She was found collapsed in her room. They transfered her immediately to a hospital, but died shortly after, by neglect.
