Think about a situationin which you have reacted impulsively and then you regretted.

When we feel fear, sadness ,anger, or an emotion that doesn´t make us feel well, we tend to breathe choppily. So if we learn how to breathe deeply, as it seems very simple, we will start managing oour emotions!

Inhale deeply while counting to 4 in your mind

Mildred´s story Mildred loves to write what she thinks and feels on a secret notebook That she always carries in her backpack. One day Mildred enters the Classroom and see that her classmates took her notebook without Her permission and they are Reading it aloud, at the same time, they Laugh at what she has written. Mildred is very angry. Her hands and Legs start to tremble and her face starts to turn red and warm. Mildred, enraged approaches and tells them: “ why did you do that? It´s my notebook! You shouldn´t have taken it away from me! I´m very angry at you! Give it back to me right now! T
