El estadio

El estadio del Tenerife fue construido el 25 de julio de 1925 originalmente llamado stadium que se convertiría el Heliodoro Rodríguez López. Desde entonces se ha mantenido este estadio como la sede del club. Además esta perfectamente situada en el corazón de la ciudad de santa cruz de Tenerife

El derbi canario consiste entre la rivalidad entre el club deportivo Tenerife y la unión deportiva las palmas. Este derbi es unico porque los aficionados de fuera tienen que viajar en ferry o avion para ver al rival de toda la vida. Es una rivalidad de odio/amor porque se considera que al final del dia todos somos canarios, algo similar a la rivalidad del real sociedad y el athletic club.
