WHAT IS IT?

General warm-up

Series of exercises for any type of activity.

Specific warm-up

Series of exercises for a specific activity.Specific parts of the body are activated.
1.Join movility
You have to follow an order, from head to toe or the other way around.It is important to do it well because it prevents injuries.

2. Trot phase

-It is done at a slow pace.- Recommended 10 to 15 minutes. -With good technique and controlled.

3.Activation

-Activities or games with the purpose of activating the body for the main activity.
Example:-Practice basketball shots. -Practice penalties in football

Most important part, preparing the body for exercise .(physically and mentally)
