Lauren wants to connect with her grandson David on Facebook. She tried a few times but she cannot seem to find his profile or the connect button! which is very frustrating. Luckily, we are here to help! Let's help Lauren connect with David!

First, to access her profile, Lauren should head over to facebook's welcome page and insert her email and password.

Once she accesses her profile, this is what she will see. Just like any other call, Lauren has to find David in her messanger contact list. Lauren has to click on the Icon as shown in this picture

Now that we have access to our contacts, all Lauren has to do is find her grandson's profile and click on it. Lauren should type his name in the search bar.

It's important to type the full name!!

After Lauren clicks on the profile pop up, she will be directed to the photo you see in the middle. From here, it's a walk in the park! all Lauren has to do is click on the phone symbole for a phone call or the camera symbol for a video call.
