Salesforce

Salesforce is the world's #1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform. It is utilized by our team primarily as a case management system to communicate with all departments we collaborate with, and receive/review cases submitted by FIU Online instructors and students. Important information about the courses and instructors we support are found in Salesforce as Products and Contacts, respectively.

Tableau

Tableau is a visual analytics platform transforming the way we use data to solve problems—empowering people and organizations to make the most of their data.
