This guide has been put together for Shop/Duty Managers to view the content of the New Starter Training App.The following pages contain the headings for each of the 5 modules that make up the new starter training journey.Click on each of the headings to access the training that the new starter will see or for further details regarding that training section.

Also, at the end of this guide you will find a link to the Shop Managers Guide to the New Starter App which is also sent every Monday to any shop that has a new TASM that week.This guide provides information about using the app and also how to support your new starter throughout their training journey.

Every new starter must attend a remote induction on MS Teams with the Learning and Development Manager before commencing work in branch. Following attendance, the L&D Managers will sign off this section of the training. We aim to have this done within one week of a new starters start date. If this time has passed, email training.support@betfred.com with the employee number of your new starter.

6 Week Compliance
You will receive an email when you have a new starter in your branch with the date they are scheduled to attend their 6 Week Compliance session over MS Teams with the L&D Team. Sessions are every Tuesday at 10am and also alternate Saturdays at 12.30pm. Once your new starter has attended, this will be signed off by the L&D Manager in the following days. If one week has passed since your new starter attended the session, and this has not been signed off on the new starter app, contact training.support@betfred.com.

10 Week Security
