250 g angel hair (or cuos cuos or rice)
60 g butter
50 g kernel almonds
80 g icing sugar
40 raisins 50 g sugar
to taste ground cinnamon

Boil the pasta in abundant boiling salted water for a few minutes (about 2, it must remain behind in cooking, otherwise it will overcook quickly). At the same time, lightly roast the almonds in a pan (without oil) until they turn light brown . Leave to cool.
Drain the pasta well, there should be no water left, and pour it into a large dish. Add the butter cut into small pieces (the dough must NOT be dry), the sugar and the previously soaked and squeezed raisins, mix well with the help of two cutlery. Place the dough on a plate, trying to form a dome, and make a cross on top using a generous amount of ground cinnamon. Add almonds along the sides.
Place the icing sugar on top and add little by little as you eat
