The informations presented in this publication are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily represent a position of the European Commission who will not be liable for the use made of the information presented.

This assessment is addressed to young people interested in the issues of their communities and the environment in which they live. This is a simplified version which can be done in about 10 minutes.The Assessment consists of 18 statements which are related to broadly understood social and civic activities. Each statement is intended to illustrate the different competencies of the user. To react to each of the statements, the user has the following options: 1 - I strongly disagree 2 - I rather disagree 3 - I neither agree or disagree 4 - I tend to agree 5 - I strongly agree At the end of the assessment user will get simplified evaluation of his/her civic competence level.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in our project and the evaluation we have developed! Today's world is characterized by instant actions, reactions and situations. However, give yourself a moment of breath! Sit back, give yourself time to look at yourself from a different perspective. We suggest you do a self-assessment. The form is anonymous, so only you will know what your final result is. Therefore, think for a moment about each of the 18 statements and answer according to your beliefs.
