Accurate food labeling is paramount to meet FDA and USDA requirements. Inaccurate labels not only pose the risk of food recall but also potentially lead to severe consequences, such as hospitalization due to the consumption of mislabeled items containing allergens. The evaluation team assisted the membership department determining factors that drive membership retention and loss, and recommending changes to minimize attrition and improve retention. We performed a formative goal-based evaluation with a goal-free approach. While the evaluation was structured around the specific objectives of the membership program the goal-free approach allowed us to investigate factors beyond predefined objectives that might impact membership retention and attrition. This course was created for those entering or transferring into the Instructional Design workforce and want to learn more about e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. While there are other tools available, these two tools are the most popular among the industry and common in open position skill requirements. The opportunity is to provide basic overview information to an aspiring IDer to help them understand the advantages and disadvantages of both tools. They should feel confident enough to discuss basics in general conversation and to explore both tools on their own after viewing the lesson.

This course addresses how to deal with misunderstood remote workplace communications and how to distance oneself from the emotions that can arise. After completing the training, remote employees will be able to apply positive methods, such as how to de-escalate situations more proactively and professionally, to create a more harmonious work relationship with remote employers.
