Billing Infographic

  • If an account has less than 7 years and the customer wants to make a payment for the amount owe agents can do the payment, but more than 7 years must be with collections

  • Agents will be able to view the last 10 charges for YouTube TV services on the Billing tab of Gooey below the ETF section on the right side of the page. Once the list reaches 10 entries, the oldest entry will be removed when another charge is added to the list.

Credits are generally granted only once during the life of an account for the following:

  • Late fees
  • Reconnect fees
  • Restart fees
  • Payment convenience fees
  • Technician visit fees
