• Do not schedule port-in requests between 12:00 PM ET Friday and 12:00 PM ET Monday or on national holidays.
• Any port-in requests after 12:00 PM ET cannot be scheduled for a same-day or next-day installation, regardless of available quota showing in Mobi.
• If it is before 12:00 PM ET, the Work Order may be scheduled as early as the next business day.
• If it is after 12:00 PM ET, the Work Order must be scheduled at least 2 business days out. FOC cannot be obtained in time to port the number if the Work Order is entered during these hours.

IP TRANSITION

Central Michigan, a new WOW! fiber market in the city of Brighton, will launch with Private IP addresses on December 20, 2024. The following changes were made for customers that require to switch back to a Public IP address:

• The Fiber Terminal does not need to be rebooted but may still be necessary if troubleshooting is required.
• It can take up to 5 minutes for the IP Type to change to “Public” in Cable Medic but will be provisioned upon completing the Addressable Work Order.

Existing WOW! customers who have entered into a promotion before December 12, 2024 will be grandfathered in and receive YouTube TV at the same price until the promotion ends.At the end of the promotion (12 months from signup date),customers will then see the increase in the YouTube TV prictake effect.
