October 10, 1835 George Collinsworth and Ben Milam led a battle with 50 Texan soilders defeated 30 mexican soilders and the texans gained supplies

~Mission Concepcion was led by James fannin, Andrew Briscoe and Jim bowie on October 28. They all got attacked by mexican forces
~December 30, 1835 Santa anna and the Mexican congress decided all Foreigners against the goverment would be treated as pirates and shot.
~On November 26, 1835 The historic Grass Fight came. The texans ambushed mexican supply From a Train thinking they'd earn silver and gold. Instead it was grass for livestock

They were surrounded by Santa Annas army of about 1800 hundres soilders~Travis adressed a letter named "Victory or Death" to "The people of the World". The alamo falls and 189 Teaxns were killed.

~In 1836 The declaration of Texas was declared and the republic was made~Sam Houston was involved in and ad interm gov. and was later named commander for military forces. ~In the meeting they made structure for the Texas Goverment and Basic rights for the citizens of texas ~Mexican and spanish lw were incorperated into the document.

~Texans were in Louisiana Burning and fleeing their homes in texas while the army retreated Beyond the colorado river because of the news stating that the alamo had fallen, And hearing Santa Anna planning to attack from the rio grande to retake texas The army retreated. ~The trinity river had rose and many people were getting sick with many diseases ~The mexican army crssed the brazos and Fannin and his men were massacered

Battle of Celeto Creek
~March 19-20, 1836 Fannin delayed leaving goliad while they were leaving the fort they were ambushed at Celeto Creek They were surrouned by General Urrea's troops which made them retreat, They were marched back to goliad. Mexican claimed a victory.
Goliad Massacre
~March 27, 1836 Fannin's surrender, he surrerndered at goliad. Him and his 400 troops were exucuted by Urrea's army
The battle of san jancito
~April 21st, 1836, This was the final battle of the reveloution Sam Houston surprise attacked on Santa Anna's army which led them to surrender in 18 minutes. Encouriging words were shouted like "Remember the alamo, Remember golaid!" Then santa anna was captured, April 22, 1836.
The treaty of Velasco
~May 14, 1836, The Peace Treaty of velasco was signed by the republic of texas and General santa anna from mexico. there were two treaties signed. One was public and the other secret. The public treaty basically ended warand texas became independent with the rio grande serving as their border. The private one declared for santa anna to be free in return for texas getting recognition. Yet niether of these tearties were followed.
