I can fluently add and subtract within 100.

Model: I have a lot of dogs! i need to sort my treats into treat cans. But-i have to have 16 total treats in both cans. First I want to start with expanded form. 10 + 6 = 16 then i can just go down one number. 9 + 7 = 16 and another 8 + 8 = 16
