Limitar o texto das atas aos assuntos tratados, decisões e declarações de caráter pedagógico, sendo eliminados os documentos passíveis de serem consultadas em fontes digitais ou que fazem parte do trabalho corrente de Direção de Turma.

O atual modelo das atas já se encontra simplificado na sua estrutura. As orientações para o conteúdo remetem para a objetividade sem, contudo, interferir na qualidade das informações necessárias.

Incluir apenas as considerações resultantes da reflexão concretizada pelos elementos presentes na reunião, destacando-se, sobretudo, potenciais estratégias de intervenção visando o aperfeiçoamento/ desenvolvimento do processo educativo. Salientar que toda a informação respeitante ao processo educativo se encontra devidamente registada na plataforma Dat@Cris, devendo ser consultada por quem de direito.

Eliminar das atas as listas de evidências e prestação de contas do trabalho dos Diretores de Turmas e dos professores.

Tornar facultativas as reuniões intercalares, deixando a sua realização aos casos em que se justifiquem, determinando que todos os professores submetam as descrições qualitativas, relativas ao desempenho dos alunos, nas plataformas digitais em uso nas escolas para informação aos encarregados de educação.

As nossas reuniões intercalares estão inseridas nos Conselhos de Turma de Avaliação, por isso não se podem tornar facultativas e são a única altura em que ouvimos os Representantes dos EE.
