In the photo Afghan women protest to demand the preservation of their rights in front of the presidential palace in Kabul.Some of the old rules of the Taliban have resurfaced unofficially, according to Afghan women they have a requirement for a male guardian, or mahram to accompany them in piublic spaces. Bano a protester in Herat says the Taliban have called on women to come back to their jobs but she was ordered home for commuting alone. In the education women and men must be separated at universities, whichs strongly suggests that women will be pushed out or get a lower education.

Biodiversity loss

Polar bears rely in the sea to hunt and store energy for the summer and autumn when the food tends to be scarce, due to the conditions of the climate change they spend longer periods without food therefore their health declines, which means lower reproduction rates, higher cub mortality and eventually local extinction.The oil business is moving into the Artic, if a major oil spill occurs near the areas with concentrations of polar bear it could have a population wide consequences, there is not a method for cleaning the waters is a serious danger for them.

Black Lives Matter

The majority of black Americans suffers discrimination, across social institutions and interpersonally, unfair treatment by police and healthcare aswell as being targets of racial slurs or agressions. Black Lives Matter is an international movement that campaigns against violence and systematic racism toward black people, it originated after George Zimmerman cause the death of the African-American teen Trayvo Martin, the movement began with the use of the hastag #BlackLivesMatter in 2013, and it became nationally recognized

Poverty in Mexico

Half of the mexican population lives with incomes below the poverty line. But not all the groups are affected the same, in some regions of Mexico poverty is deeper and widespread; indigenous groups account for the 30% of the total population living under extreme poverty, in 2013 only 1.8% of the Federal budget was targeted to the development of indigeneous towns and communities, more than half of the indigenous population didn´t sought education past the primary level, which reinforces extreme poverty. Indigenous poverty in Mexico results in a poor quality of life which we can see in the picture.

Immigration in the U.S.

In the first year in office of President Joe Biden has reversed some of the measures limiting immigration, but his attempts at getting significant immigration reform legislation through Congress have failed. Many have report experiencing discrimination and challenges, like having difficulty making ends meet, being overqualified for their job, uncertain about immigration laws and policies that may affect their families, hostility, a 33% of immigrants say they have been told that they should "go back to where you came from".

LGBTQ community in Afghanistan

Hundreds of people from the LGBTQ community in Afghanistan are urging advocates outside the country to help them escape the Taliban regime."The situation gets worse every day ... fear of arrest is part of life now and I have such stress that i can´t even sleep". Balkhi told CNN (a member of the community). In an interview with Germany´s Bild newspaper in July, a Taliban judge said there were only two punishments for homosexuality that are stoning or being crushed under a wall. People in the U.S, have gather to protest and give support to the community.
