This will involve crunching data on the distribution of poverty and vulnerability - and is not a one-off activity but one that needs to be repeated and monitored over time!

• The key risks and vulnerabilities that people with different livelihoods and vulnerabilities may encounter are both idiosyncratic and covariate. Coordination with Disaster Risk Management and Humanitarian actors will be required to truly understand covariate risks.
