When and where was she born?

Beatrice Maria Adelaide Marzia Vio Grandis was born on the fourth of March one thousand nine hundred and ninety-seven in Venice

Because she is famous?

She fell ill with meningitis in November 2008, at the age of eleven. To save her, doctors were forced to amputate both her forearms and legs. but despite this I never give up fencing. Today she is the world and European fencing champion.

What work did the parents do?

Parents Teresa Grandis and Ruggero Vio founded the Art4Sport Onlus Association, to improve the quality of life of children with prosthetic limbs and that of their families.
