An adverb is used to:
- describe how an action happens;
- modify an adjective or another adverb
- show the speaker's opinion
- They speak slowly
- She is incredibly beautiful
- Luckily, he passed the exam
Adverbs of degree describe adverbs or adjectives (the degree of intensity) while adverbs of manner describe verbs (how an action is done)

To form an adverb all you have to do is to add -LY at the end of the adjective. You can also use Really, Very, Too, Quite, So, Extremely before the adjective
