THE COCO LEGEND

duérmete niño, duérmeta ya, que si no viene el coco y te comerá

( Sleep child,sleep now,if you don´t sleep the coco comes and will eat you now. )

These are the words of a song that parents sing to their kids.But it´s not a happy song, it´s a reminder that kids need to be good or they will be victims of The Coco.

Once upon a time, a father had three girls. One of the girls was very nice,but the other two,they were the devil in person.They treated their sister especially bad. The father observed the behavior and said: -Girls,you need to be good with your sister or i´ll call The Coco,and he will take you both.

The girls didn´t listen to her father. So they continue being mean.The father ,desesperate call The Coco.That night The Coco came home with a big sack, he put the two bad girls into the bag and disappeared with them. No one else saw the two bad girls again and the father and his good daughter lived happily.
