Updates

  • All cap and gowns that we ordered by early February will be shipped out the week of 4/15.. Students should receive them within a few days.
  • If a student did not order during that time frame, we will be shipping those out by hand from the Dickson City FSC. This will delay the process a bit but all should be out by the middle of May.
  • The final day to order a cap and gown to guarantee delivery to a student’s home will by May 31st. After this date, students can still order but will need to pick up their cap and gown at the graduation ceremony they plan on attending.
  • If there are any changes to the cap and gown form, this cannot be updated. However, please email classof2025@ccaeducate.me and it can be changed manually.
  • Students may decorate their cap and gown if it is school appropriate and does not distract or obstruct those who are sitting beside or behind them. Students should not decorate their gown.
  • Tickets will not be issued to families this year for graduation. Students can indicate and estimate how many guests they plan on having attend the ceremony in their registration form. Unlike the cap and gown form, this form can continue to be edited as graduation approaches; if there are any other changes that need to be made to the registration (attending in person/changing site, etc,) please continue to edit the form.
  • There will be information regarding arrival times, parking, what to expect etc. for families soon! We will also be holding a graduation assembly in early May for Class of 2025 families to attend that will assist in the dissemination of this information.
  • For any other graduation questions (missing pieces of cap and gown, class ring info, etc), please continue to use classof2025@ccaeducate.me and refer families to that email.

We will be holding a Graduation Speaker Information Assembly via Zoom on January 29, 2025 at 6 PM. Please attend if you would like to learn more or ask questions about this opportunity. You can access the assembly using this link.
