It has been my pleasure bopping into Adjunct teacher classrooms, as the observation / evaluation process has begun. I am looking forward to seeing everyone in two weeks (11/8) for our November Faculty meeting. Next month, our communications will be focused on gratitude, the extension process for traditional classes, and kindness. Please don’t foget to enter 0s for students enrolled in your traditional and on demand courses. I highly encourage you to send out weekly progress reports to your students. This keeps students and families aware of their progress in your class. In addition, please send out 7 and 14 day inactivity notices to students. If you need any assistance, let me know.

Genius has numerous templates for communications including 7-day, 14-day inactivity, progress reports, and positive feedback. If you have students that you are concerned about their participations or they are over 14 days of inactivity please submit a student support form (*please send your 7 and 14 day letters and log in Genius communication) If you need any support with any of the above, please reach out to Rebecca at rlowe@vtvlc.org or Kim at kbovill@vtvlc.org or book an appointment by clicking on either name.

Submit a proposal to our call for presentations! Proposals are due by January 15th.

Does your school participate in Vehi? This is a great time of year to start a routine and regular check-ins with the program!

Our full-time K-6 program will continue to accept new students with rolling admissions. Our full-time 7-8 program is now accepting enrollments for the spring semester. Grade 8 has a waiting list at this time.
