More about deep breathing
There are many types of deep breathing techniques such as:
- Diaphragmatic Breathing (or Belly Breathing): Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your diaphragm to expand. Exhale slowly through your mouth, letting your belly fall.
- Box Breathing (Square Breathing): Inhale, hold, exhale, and then hold again—all for equal counts. For example, inhale for a count of 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold for 4.
