Once all forms have been satisfactorily completed and payment received, manually move the card to Registration Complete. The process for the card is complete.

Final Checks:

  • All 3 Field Groups are completed.
  • Governing Documents Initials field is not empty.
  • Payment has been received

All resident forms submitted

Once a card enters Resident Info Updated, you'll receive a notification to review the card.

Fields to Review

  • Resident Information Form Field Group
    • Review all fields for completeness
  • Resident Governing Document Affirmation

Registration Form Complete

The field group that contains all of the rental registration form fields is called Rental Registration Form.

Check the field group: Rental Registration Form

  • Confirm that the Lease Start Date and Lease End Date fields are completed and match the uploaded lease document.
  • Confirm that the corresponding lease is attached under Active Lease.

Resident Information Confirmed

After confirming resident information, manually move the card to Payment Requested. In this stage, the owner will be emailed a link to submit payment.

Watch for:

  • Owner payment shown on the card (if paid via Stripe in Aptly)
  • Owner payments in the portal / management system (if payments collected outside Aptly)

Registration Requested

Owner Affidavit Submitted: Renter Occupied

Cards in this stage are Renter Occupied and must complete registration forms.If a card remains in this stage, it could mean:

  • The owner has not completed the form.
  • The email automation did not fire.
