Introduction

Harry Potter is a series of fantasy novels, the author of the book “Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone” is Joanne Rowling, known as j.k. rowling. She published the book on June 26, 1997. The author before publishing Harry Potter had not published any other book. After the success of the first book, J.K. rowling wrote more books and won many awards.

Plot

Harry Potter is an eleven-year-old boy living with his uncles in London because he was orphaned at the age of one. He is an unhappy boy, subject to the harassment of his uncles and his cousin, until one day a letter arrives, brought by an owl, in which it is said that Harry is called to attend the School of magic and witchcraft of Hogwarts. The uncles go to great lengths to hide the news and prevent the boy from leaving, but Hagrid, the school’s caretaker, goes to get Harry. From Hagrid, Harry learns his story of being a magician and the death of his parents at the hands of Voldemort. Harry then leaves for the Hogwarts school and on the train meets Ron and Hermione, who will become his best friends and companions of adventures.

Message of this book

I personally liked this book very much because it teaches very important values such as friendship and courage in facing every problem. At the end of the book Dumbledore teaches us another very important value, "love wins over everything".

Personal opinion

I liked this book, the thing that intrigued me about this book was the mystery of finding the magic stone and all the adventures that kids had to do to find it. I would recommend it to young audiences, but I would not exclude even a higher target because this is a book that anyone who wants to dream and immerse themselves in adventures can read.
