Set up Your AMS Account & Log into the Panel
Conveniently access files and your personal device environment using a BenQ AMS account. Through the AMS account you will be able to link your cloud storage drives, customize your panel background, pick favorite apps and more. Setting up your account will increase your productivity and efficiency while using the panel.

BenQ Features...
The Sidebar, Multi-Window, & Uni UI
The Uni UI Menu contains 3 main sections:
- The menu bar
- The quick launch area
- The space for widgets.
- Add or remove widgets to the top of your screen
Key features of the Sidebar Menu:
- Quickly access recently used sources and applications
- Multi-Window Mode (if enabled)
- Quick LaunchFreeze ScreenFloating tool
In Multi-Window, you can share up to six different apps at the same time. Once enabled from the Advanced Settings menu, Multi-Window can be launched through the Sidebar.

The EZ Write Toolbar Engage learners with team activities, templates, inserting Media (Youtube videos, graphics, etc.)
Quick access to annotation tools are at your fingertips with the Floating Tool. Includes:

- Allows for quick access to Screen Recording and screenshots

InstaShare for Apple...
InstaShare MacBook & iPad
Before utilizing the InstaShare app to wirelessly connect to your BenQ Interactive Panel, you will need to download it from the Manager app.
Steps for Using InstaShare
- Open the InstaShare app on the MacBook.
- Open InstaShare app on the BenQ Interactive Panel.
- Click on Moderator mode/Split Screen.
- Enter the pairing code displayed on the BenQ Interactive Panel in the text field on your MacBook.
- Click Start casting.
- Click Allow next to the request to share on the BenQ Interactive Panel.

Cross Curricular Relay Races

Your Task
- Sign into the BenQ board.
- Locate and select the BenQ App Store.
- Explore the avaliable apps, select and Download a grade level appropriate app.
- Click the game icon and choose Open.
- As a team, design a physical relay race you could incorporate with your students.
Many useful apps are available for download from the BenQ App Store specifically designed to fit perfectly onto an extra-large display.

Your TaskUsing the relay race you just created...
- Sign into the BenQ board.
- Call up the Floating Tool by holding 2 fingers in a V shape anywhere on the baord.
- Select the toolbox icon and open the Scoreboard.
- Choose 3 teams and select Start.
- Go back to the Floating Toolbox and choose the Countdown Timer. Set it for 3 minutes and click Start.
- Arrange both tools on the screen so they are visual to particpants.
- Close both windows using the x in the upper right hand side to exit the tool.
The Floating Tool is accessible anytime from the pencil icon on the board. Users can access tools including the pen, highlighter, screenshots, and more. Additionally, there are interactivities including a built in scoreboard, countdown clock, and stopwatch.

Your Task
- Sign into the BenQ board.
- From the app icon, select Chromium.
- Go to the website: myplate.gov/life-stages/kids and press Enter to go to the US Department of Agriculture website.
- Scroll down and select Activity Sheets and Resources.
- Locate the MyPlate Maze activity.
- If prompted, choose the WPS Office option
- Use the floating toolbar to take a screenshot of the diagram with the screenshot tool and save to EZWrite.
- Once the EZWrite program opens, circle each food by its corresponding color in the MyPlate diagram using the pens.
- Use the pen tool to draw the path the pal character would travel to make it to the MyPlate finish line.

Your Task
- Sign into the BenQ board
- From the app icon, select Chromium.
- Navigate to Youtube, search for Yoga Freeze Dance!
- Start the video using the BenQ remote.
- Use the remote to pause the video.
- Use the pointer to review the video instructions.
- Play the video.
- Switch to the spotlight tool and highlight the time students will hold the pose for.
- Exit full screen.
Your BenQ board is a stand-alone tablet with Chromium, a built-in Internet browser that allows the user to access content online.

BenQ Panels allow teachers to wirelessly connect their devices. The MacBook can connect via the InstaShare app and the iPads have the ability to connect using the Screen Mirroring tool found in the Control Center.
Your Task
- Make a copy of the Fitness Testing Slides on the device you want to connect to the panel.
- Connect your device using the steps below.
- Practice presenting the slides from the device you have connected to the Panel.

Screen Mirror the iPad
1. On the MacBook, open the BenQ App. 2. On the BenQ Panel, open Wireless Projection. 3. Ono the BenQ Panel, locate the pairing code in InstaShare. - Select Modorator 4. On the MacBook, type the pairing code into the InstaShare app. - Select Start Casting 7. On the BenQ Panel, you may need to select Allow. 8. The MacBook screen will now be casting to the BenQ Panel.
1. On the BenQ Panel, open Wireless Projection. 2. On the BenQ Panel, locate the pairing code in InstaShare. 3. On the iPad, swipe down the top right corner to open the Control Center. 4. On iPad, select the Screen Mirroring icon. 5. On the iPad, find the InstaShare name that matches the name found above the pairing code on the BenQ Panel. 6. On the BenQ Panel, you may need to select Allow. 7. The iPad screen will now be mirroring to the BenQ Panel.

- First time users will be prompted to open System Settings to allow Instashare to access the MacBook.
- Select the button to open System Settings.
- Toggle on the box next to Instashare.
- When prompted, select Quit and Reopen.
- Reconnect the MacBook to the Panel.
