The Proposed Solution

Proposed, Documented and Implementation of Standard QA Workflow process including Defined QA entrance and exit criteria.
Proposed and Implemented a process of having Risk-Based Testing in performing the Regression Testing.
Established a reporting excel document where the entire team collaborated. And built an automation using Excel Macro VBA to eliminate repetetive procedures.
