Winter Plan Refresh Training Introduction

The following training will give engineers a brief refresh on our heat pump systems and will cover the following:-

  • Commissioning
  • Controller setup
  • Running information
  • Common fault codes
  • Where to look and how to fix common faults
Our aim is to limit down time on the phone to our aftersales technical and Homeowner support teams during the busy winter period
