Blue Period

Cubist Period

During this period, Picasso used only blues and greys in his artwork to communicate feelings of sadness.

The Cubist Period of Picasso's work was very imaginative as he broke down real objects into many shapes

Rose Period

During this period, Picasso started using brighter colors like oranges, yellows, and pinks. Picasso's work during his Rose period was much more energetic and happy.
