Creole
Pidgins
Pidgins refers to the simplified language of a language, this was developed as an improvisation and was created in a practical and simple way to be able to communicate with the other people who were around them, and the syntax is very different from the language from which they were obtained.

Language planning
At a formal level, the standard languages or the most used and what is taught in schools are used, but the casual language is one of the most widely used in the countries and is the one used to communicate frequently. Governments do not pay attention to these languages since they do not represent the country and are a minority.
Bilingualism
There are bilingual countries, for example Canada. The national anthem of Canada was originally written in French and was later written in English.
Diglossia
It is the way of saying that it is bilingual. Diglossia is when two different languages are used in a community, one language is used casually and the other language is used formally. Diglossia occurs throughout the world, for example in Arab countries and Italy.
Bilingualism
Different countries have different dialects but there can also be two different languages in the same country. Bilingualism is when two or more languages are used to communicate; people can be bilingual or a region can have this characteristic. Nowadays there are bilingual traffic signs since they are very useful to understand the different messages that are wanted to be transmitted since people speak different languages and cannot be understood by speaking in a single language.
The standard language
This refers to the language spoken by the majority of the population of a country, this does not have a specific city but refers, for example, to the variety that is used to teach a language or the one that is used in newspapers and is the most used in different media.
With dialectology, the different dialects are studied, the languages and dialects that exist in the same country are studied and this study is carried out in all countries in general. No language is better than another, however there are languages that are more relevant and these become a standard language and are the ones taught in schools or written in newspapers, magazines, etc.
