How to use it
-Step 1: Connect the light microscope to a power source. -Step 2: Turn the revolving nosepiece so the lowest objective lens is in position. -Step 3: Mount your specimen onto the stage. -Step 4: Use the metal clips to keep your slide in place.

2ND:WE PUT A DROP OF BLUE METHYLENE ON THE ONION
1ST: WE CUT THE ONION INTO A THIN SLICE
4TH: ADJUST THE STAGE TO GET TO SEE THE SAMPLE
3RD: WE PLACE A COVERSLIP ON TOP OF THE SLICE
