Make sure the Google Doc/Slide/Sheet can be viewed by anyone: 1. Click Settings 2. Click the little arrow to select "anyone with the link"

Creating a Force Copy

Change Edit to Copy in the URL

1. In the URL, find the word EDIT and replace it with COPY 2. Copy the new URL and paste it in a tab to verify it works For example: docs.google.com/document/d/abunchofletters/edit to docs.google.com/document/d/abunchofletters/copy
