In your own words define Leadership:

• Leadership to me means having a sense of pride and value. Putting effort into being the role of a leader and the tasks it comes with. It means being dedicated towards the work you put in and modeling leadership qualities such as dedication, integrity, openness all while staying passionate and professional.

Good vs. Effective Leadership Which is more important?

Most of the time good leadership is showed by someone who demonstrates the qualities of a leader. They create an inspiring vision, motivate others and build up a team. Effective leadership is doing something to make that change within your group or in general. An effective leader is a good leader but has more effort within their tasks. This does not mean good leadership isn’t effective, but effective leadership has more to offer. I think effective leadership is more important because of the willingness that’s put into the work.

Who is Johnny Deep?

Johnny Deep was born June 9, 1963, in Owensboro, Kentucky. Deep is an American actor and musician who is now known for his roles in films such as Edward Scissorhands, Donnie Brasco, Jack sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and more. Depp made his film debut as a teenager eaten by his own bed in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984). He also dropped out of Highschhol to be with his bad "The Kids" in 1983.

Controversy

Headlines stated "He was no angel either" as they gave a list of his multiple concerns. In addition to his bad behaviour in court Deep a problematic list of what he's done is. Sent graphic and violent text messages to and about his partners,He openly supported Roman Polanski who assulated a girl 13 years of age (he was 43), accused of verbal abuse and throwing a bottle at Ellen Barkin is a good friend of Marilyn Manson (who has been accused of sexual, physical and psychological abuse), cultural appropriation lastly he dated Winona Ryder when she was 17 and he was 25.

Relationships

. Now most people know that Deep is famous and well renowned in the entertainment industry. Deep has a reputation of being involved in colorful relationships with women in the entertainment industry. He has been in 9 known relationships in his career. Though this Is not the problem, the main issue with Deeps dating past has made headlines for verbal, physical, emotional abuse, sexual battery and assault while being intoxicated towards his partners.

Deep vs. Heard

During 2022 Deep was taken to court by his ex wife Amber Heard for $50 million and defamation. In court she also claimed that she was being abused in many ways by Deep. During court Deep was shown looking bored, laughing, doodling, eating gummy bears and making snide remarks about his ex-wife to his lawyers.

This gained the medias attention in a way you wouldnt excpect. You would think that with a serious issue on hand that people would at least seem considerate towards the alleged victim, but fans were making jokes of the case and making fun of the situation in itself. In this scenario Deep could've addressed the problem with fans after court but decided to leave it which was also detrimental to the case...

Judgement call!

Effective/good leadership can be influenced by the context and specific needs of their community and by those who are willing to step up and take on the challenges maturely. Deep does not play to his strengths and lets negative emotion take control over his decisions. Simply I would say no, Deep does not even promote good/effective leadership with his actions, decisions and the consequences that follow. He shows no remorse in the big picture and brushes it off jokingly while there’s issues that need to be dealt with at hand.Deep has the potential to indulge and encourage good/effective leadership. At least by doing the bare minimum and taking accountability against his faults and looking for ways to achieve this new persona..
