- 5 community points - YELLOW FORM
- 5 school points - BLUE FORM
- NO GOOGLE FORM
- Must get it signed by an ADULT in charge
Service Expectations - OLD MEMBERS
- 5 service points - ONLY FALL SEMESTER
- All service must happen OUTSIDE school hours (Does not count if it happens between 7:30 AM - 2:50 PM on school days)

- 2.5 community points - YELLOW FORM
- 2.5 school points - BLUE FORM
- Must get it signed by an ADULT in charge
- Only service AFTER 10/11 counts
