Tips:
- Say no to unhelthy foods and yes to healthy meals, avoiding fast food and include more fruits, vegetables in your diet.
- Have your meals quietly, taking small bites and enjoy your dish.
Physical Health
Tips:
Get enough good sleep, about 8 to 10 hours. When you drink stay sober going easy on alcohol.
You need to do exercises regulary and stay active. Don't spend most of your time on your cell phone or other technological devices.
Mental Health
Its good to have alone times, but we also need to socialize. Try to relaxe and reduce stress by being in nature.
Don't be always watching your weight, nor comparing yourself to others.
