Unlike the other two boards for this project, we did not group words by their part of speech or use! You will notice that words of the same part of speech are place on opposite ends of the board. Take I and you for example. These are both words that can be used to start a sentence (subject). If they were grouped and placed next to each other, it may be hard for the communicaiton partner to accurately determine which word they wanted. On our first attempt, we grouped the words and printed it out to try. We kept running in to the same problem of inaccurate selections becuase simlar words were too close to each other on the board. You live and you learn!

Just like I and you being on opposite ends of the board, want and help have been placed on opposite ends! They both have a similar social function for requesting something of a communication partner.
