Step 3. What is he doing to make impact on the world?

Bill Gates is positively influencing society through a lot of ways. First, his Foundation “Bill & Melinda Gates” is currently working on improving global health, education, and poverty reduction. Annually, his foundation is donating billions of dollars to eradicate diseases and improve education, just to give some examples. In addition, Gates is promoting technological innovation through Microsoft and is using his platform to raise awareness of critical issues such as climate change.

Step 2. His daily rutine

Bill always gets up at 5 o’clock in the morning. First, he does some exercise to activate his body and start his day off right; when he finishes exercising, he likes to take a shower to finally get ready for the day. Secondly, he has breakfast at 6 a.m., at the same time he takes the opportunity to organize his day and read a book to keep “his mind on good shape.” Following this, he does the chores (it usually takes him an hour) and once it is done, he sits down in his desk to attend his business and companies’ affairs. As soon as his office job ends, he spends time with his family, whether watching a movie or just having a walk in the park. Later, he has dinner with his lovely wife, and finally, he gets ready to sleep his 8 hours of sleep. Not a minute more, not a minute less.

Step4. Why did he choose him?

We admire Gates because he has supported education’s improvement by investing in programs that seek to raise education’s quality and increase its accessibility. He was also a pioneer in technology’s industry, achieving the creation of Window’s OS and he has used his influence and resources to help on global and social issues. He inspires us to try to make a difference in the world by using our minds and our creativity to solve problems and never give up.
