I joined PE 8 Years ago as part of the Undergraduate Scheme. I’ve worked in lots of Pizzerias in that time including Central London, the Jazz Clubs and Surrey areas. My most recent role was Operational Excellence Manager for the South. Now I look after all things PACS! I absolutely love being able to work with the PACS teams and supporting in all the trials and projects happening in the business.

I genuine believe that we have the best team and customers to try new things. I have team of 30 plus people, different ages between 50 and 19, different back grounds, nationalities and believes. They are great bunch of people, openminded and proud of Dawson Street. Being right in the middle of the city centre we get to serve every single type of the customer. Families and groups, work colleagues and students, tourists, and business crowd. You name them all!I have been working in Dawson Street for the past 6 years and it’s been a real rollercoaster. We had some high and low moments, but always being recognized for the great support to the area. I love that early evening time when it feels like a calm before the storm. We know it is coming and we are prepared.
