Journaling

Breath focus

This technique consist of writting about your day, what did you do in your free time, your hobbies, why do you feel like that, some memories, the people you've met in that day or where did you go, you are completly free, and maybe if you are a little lazy and you don't want to write you can record an audio or a video. This technique will help you to relax because you will express yourself without limits.

This technique is based on taking slow and deep breaths, while you breathe you eliminate distracting thoughts and sensations. We recommend this technique for people that have some kind of eating disorders, however we don't recommend it for people with health problems.

Guided imagery

For this technique you must think about relaxing and comfort scenes, places and experiences in your mind to help you relax and focus. If you are not able to relax your mind try to find apps and videos with calming scenes. This technique might help you reinforce a positive vision of yourself.

Mindfulness meditation

This practice involves sitting comfortably, focusing on your breathing and paying attention to the present without thinking about the past or the future. This technique might be helpful for people with anxiety or depression.

Doodling

Doodling consist of taking a pen and doing lines, cirles and drawings without paying much attention to it. This technique won't only help you relax and maintain your body and mind without any thought, but will also help you rembember information easily.

Yoga

This ancient art combine rhythmic breathing with a series of fluid postures or movements that help distract you from racing thoughts. This technique is not highly recommended for those who have health problems or a painful condition as they may find it very difficult.
