Welcome to Moorpark College! You can use this guide to explore our campus. Parking permits are required Monday through Friday. A daily parking permit can be purchased virtually on PaymyCite.com. Enjoy your visit!

8. Life Science, Mathematics & Computer Science (LM), Physical Science (PS) & Health Science (HS) area
The LM Building houses our Accessibility Coordination Center & Educational Support Services (ACCESS) program. ACCESS works with students with verified disabilities to provide necessary accommodations they need to succeed.
2. Administration Building (AD), Humanities & Social Sciences (HM) area
The Administration Building is home to the Student Health Center and our President’s office. This building also includes the Moorpark College Art Gallery which features different exhibits throughout the year, including a student showcase each Spring.
12. Charles Temple Observatory
The Observatory houses several state-of-the-art telescopes including 12" mirror telescopes and clock-driven larger telescopes. Public programs are also offered during exceptional celestial events for the community.
4. Athletics
Located in lower campus, Moorpark College Athletics includes facilities for Baseball, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Soccer, Softball, Track & Field, Volleyball, and Wrestling. Our Athletics program also houses a weight room, fitness lab, and training clinic exclusive to the MC athletes.
9. Technology (TB), Applied Arts (AA), Child Development Center (CD), Academic Center (AC)
The Academic Center is one of our busiest buildings with courses on several subjects such as Math, English, History, Speech, and multiple Sciences.

3. Performing Arts Center (PA), Media Arts (MA), Music (MB) area
The Music Building is the hub of all studies and activities relating to music, such as the Choral & Vocal Program, Music Theory & Technology, and the Instrumental Program.
10. Student Services Annex (SS)
The SS Annex is the hub for many student services such as the First Year Experience (FYE) program, International Students Office, Veteran’s Resource Center (VRC), Extended Opportunities Programs & Services (EOPS), Dual Enrollment, and Program for Accelerated College Education (PACE). These programs offer additional support to help students achieve their goals.
5. Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College
The Animal Care & Training (ACT) program is widely known in the United States as one of only two community colleges in the nation that have a zoo on their campus. Over 130 animals reside at our zoo including Bengal Tigers, Neil & Karma, Clarence, a 100+ year old giant Galapagos Tortoise, and Ira the African Lion! The Zoo is open to the public on the weekends.
11. Campus Center (CC)
Located at the end of Raider Walk, the Campus Center features the Campus Bookstore, Associated Students of Moorpark College (ASMC)office, the Basic Needs office - Raider Central, MakerSpace, and the dining area. Dining options are limited on campus however we are frequently visited by local food truck vendors. Raider Central Basic Needs program fosters a culture of holistic well-being by helping to eliminate life barriers, such as food, housing, mental health, wellness, and economic injustice that may jeopardize student academic and personal success.
1. Fountain Hall (FH)
The Fountain Hall building includes departments & services such as Admissions & Records, Academic Counseling, the University Transfer Center (UTC), Career Services, Financial Aid, Scholarship Office, Outreach, and the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center’s friendly staff offer assistance to prospective, new and continuing students & provides computer-related support services to ensure a successful navigation through Moorpark College.
8. Life Science, Mathematics & Computer Science (LM), Physical Science (PS) & Health Science (HS) area
The HS Building is the site of our Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Paramedic & EMT, Nuclear Medicine, and Biomanufacturing programs. Students have access to mock medical environments where they can practice their skills to prepare for careers in the healthcare industry.
3. Performing Arts Center (PA), Media Arts (MA), Music (MB) area
The Performing Arts Center is where our Theater Arts, Technical Theater, and Dance classes are held. The building includes a dance studio, Black Box theater, and 399 seat Main Stage. Our Theater Arts courses include acting, directing, playwriting, improv, production make-up, stagecraft, costume design, audio, lighting, and scene design.
7. Raider Walk/Quad
Raider Walk is the main walkway through campus. Under the shade of the trees, the Quad offers plenty of outdoor space to study with friends. Events are held in this area throughout the year, including the Transfer Fair, Multicultural Day activities, and Club Rush.

Media Arts hosts a variety of courses that spans Design, Multimedia, Film, Radio & Television, and a state-of-the-art TV Studio.

The Child Development Center is a training institution for the College and a pre-school open to students and the community.

6. Library & Learning Resource Center (LL)
The Library has a curriculum-oriented collection containing approximately 77,000 books and 293 periodical subscriptions. There are numerous computer stations that provide access to the Internet free of charge. Students can also take advantage of the laptop and hot spot lending program. The Tutoring & Learning Center is located on the 3rd floor which offers FREE tutoring to current students.
