What is an investigation

If the allegation(s) is deemed to be gross misconduct, it may be decided during the investigation that the individual is to be suspended from Zen. There is more information on the act of suspension at the bottom of this page.

We conduct an investigation when there has been an allegation of misconduct or gross misconduct comitted by one of our people.

If we invite an individual to a hearing to discuss the allegation(s), they do not need a specific amount of notice, or formal invitation, but it is important that accurate notes are taken as a record of the meeting.
