eDRM will update ePROGESA and DWP when any appointments or changes are made by the user in the application.

1. When a Prospect donor signs up in the Donor Web Portal, they are also created in the eDRM application.
2. Any appointments made by a donor in the web portal will then transfer to the eDRM, which then also updates ePROGESA.

1. When searching for prospect donors, ePROGESA will search in eDRM for any potential new donors.
2. If any changes to donor demographics are made in ePROGESA, it will also update eDRM and DWP.
