The structures are mostly romanesque with some gothic elements. The church interior, without decoration or distraction, abbey is an example of the Romanesque architecture of Provence. We discovered the life of the monks and we visited the 5 specifc parts of the abbbey: the church, the refectory, the dormatory....
A SHORT HISTORY OF THIS ABBEY
We discovered the following sections of the Abbey in detail through the audio guide and guided tour:

- Our old heritage is constituted by monuments, objects, behaviours, culture... They are the scars of our history. Restoring this heritage is important. So future generations will be allowed to keep links with their past, their roots.
Why has this place been restored ?
Napoléon sleeps in Gap
We discover or re-dicover this place during our exploration in the city center.
At the end of the day we went to the city center of Aix to walk around and discover its pedestrian streets
End of the day
Exhibition "Fashion folklore"in the mucem dedicated to fashion and roots
We discovered some haute couture works of designer celebrities such as Yves Saint Laurent, Jean Paul Geautier and Alexander McQueen... There are also traditional costumes. For example we can see a coat called "longing for sleep" of Marit Ilison dating back to XX century.
