The focus for this lesson is to set the stage for learning with an objective/learning goal, and a New Page. Choose from a variety of customized templates in Lumio, and select a theme to create a highly visual learning experience.

What is the purpose of your lesson? How will your theme support the learning experience (engagement, accessibility, etc.)? How are learners' social and emotional (SEL) needs being met to set the conditions for learning to occur?

Use the New Page option and choose a lesson template available in Lumio for your title page and additional content.

Include the lesson objective, or learning goal, so participants understand the purpose for learning.

Tip: The Lumio file you start building can be something you will use with students or adults. Keep in mind that the final task requires you to facilitate a PD session for adults about how to use Lumio.
