This is a full-time job.

Mechanics

• Develop of new materials to meet new needs
• Improve of existing formulas (processability, performance, HSE, cost)
• Follow the industrialization and production of these new mixtures
• Test and validate the use of new raw materials
• Comply with regulations and approvals and adapt formulas accordingly
• Develop new methods for characterizing rubber materials and new laboratory procedures
• Learn about the needs of customers and suppliers
• Be a source of proposal on new material development opportunities
